What are Sadhu Boards?
It is a healing practice that involves standing barefoot on boards filled with sharp metallic nails.
These "tablas de pinchos" are called Sadhu Boards, named after the Indian ascetics who stand, sit, or lie on nails to free themselves from earthly attachments.
They are also known as Rishi Board, Fire Board, or Yoga Table.

Originating from spiritual development traditions, this tool not only strengthens focus and concentration, but also helps release emotional blockages, boosts resilience, and activates reflex points in the feet, bringing energetic balance and harmony .

During the ritual, Yuliya will guide you to overcome mental barriers, transform negative emotions, release stuck traumas and old programs from your subconscious, and inspire you to step out of your comfort zone.

Who are we?
Yuliya Kapylova – a passionate wellness professional, yoga & meditation guide, and pilates teacher. She integrates her experience in multiple disciplines to lead people toward self-discovery through conscious movement.
Yuliya was the first to introduce the Ayama® Sadhu Board in Spain, making this transformative practice more accessible .
